Ive been making variations of this kale feta salad for years. I recently college how to massage the kale, which makes a gigantic difference. I had a friend ask for my recipe, and I realized I didnt have one. This is my first attempt at writing a recipe, so make laugh let me know how it works out! I taking into account changing the ingredients: sometimes a pear otherwise then again of an apple, cranberries instead of currants, Parmesan on the other hand of feta, etc. supreme as a side dish or by itself the adjacent day for lunch!

The ingredient of Kale and Feta Salad

  1. 1 bunch kale, large stems discarded, leaves finely chopped
  2. u00bd teaspoon salt
  3. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 apple, diced
  5. u2153 cup feta cheese
  6. u00bc cup currants
  7. u00bc cup toasted pine nuts

The instruction how to make Kale and Feta Salad

  1. Massage kale next salt in a large mixing bowl for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour vinegar on top of higher than kale and toss to coat. Fold apple, feta cheese, currants, and pine nuts into kale.
